The last few days has been really great.. haha, managed to catch up with a few friends and just talk.. helps u to relax and just forget the world and just enjoy the sights and smells if the world.. or should i say the perfume :/ haha, so I've been intoxicated with various kinds of Colon on sunday.. haha, and i've found a really cheap but rather good cologne scent (: haha, i smelt this watermelon-ish like scent which to me stinks.. smells like the water-melon gum smell.. :/ oh well, by the end of the day i had at least 4 different scents on me.. haha, fun fun fun (:
Went out with chien xing and moo today to chat and just relax.. haha, well talking about various topics does get your mind off things..
So i've been thinking of afew things lately and i realised how things can change.. from the shortest days to the longest years, all it takes is just one incident to change a man's life forever, be it physicologically or physically, from the way he thinks to the way he acts..
Whats the difference if u play but you cant hear yourself? Might as well not play right? After all, there's no difference in the music quality if u don't play. Like a figureine on display in front of a shop, you'll be there just for show.. There's only so much a person can take and if u keep pushing it down, no one will step up.. cause after all, the person will just be there for show. Talk about stepping up, taking over. But if u keep pushing people down, who will want to step up? or rather, who can? Who can improve on their skill level when they themselves cannot hear what they are playing? It is like a footballer practising without a football, you cant expect him to improve on his ball skills if he cant practise with a ball, and if you keep doing that to him, his aspiration to be a good footballer will just make him leave to another place that could possibly offer him a ball to practise with..
Whats the point of members going down to check on the set ups when in the end you control everything? There will be no point for members to go down when in the end they know that they cant control anything on the actual day itself and you'll be there adjusting the systems. You yourself might as well be the person to go down to check on the set ups since you want to adjust the system on the day itself.. Don't you know that you are affecting other people by making the system sound so different? Don't blame people for not stepping up because after all, they may not see the need to do so..
There's only so much a person can take..
